Return and Refund Policy

At Arrishta LLC we highly value the trust of our customers. To uphold this trust, we have developed this Refund Policy (“Policy”) to ensure a transparent and fair approach.

The primary purpose of this Policy is to maintain clarity in the refund process and ensure customer satisfaction. It outlines the procedures for processing refunds (if applicable) for payments made by customers who have purchased our services, as detailed in the order form completed at the time of purchase.

This Policy is effective from April 1, 2023, and will remain in effect unless replaced or revoked by us. Any refund requests received on or after April 1, 2023, will be processed based on the provisions of this Policy, including any future amendments. Customers who wish to cancel their order and request a refund must do so within five (5) days from the date of purchase, including weekends. Refund requests submitted after the sixth (6th) day will not be accepted.

To initiate a refund, customers or Direct Sellers must contact us at +44-9321280622 or email us at support@arrishta.com, specifying the reason for the refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited directly to the original payment source. Please note that refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.

If you have not yet received a refund, we advise you to check your bank account first. If the refund has not been credited, contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary. Additionally, you may reach out to your bank for further details on the status of your refund. If you have followed these steps and still have not received the refund, please contact us at support@arrishta.com.

Additional Notes:

  • The refund period is calculated from the invoice date to the date we receive the cancellation request.
  • The refund policy does not apply to opened packs of literature, videos, or other marketing and sales materials.
  • PV (Point Value) adjustments will be processed in the same payout cycle. The total PV for the canceled services will be deducted from the Direct Seller’s account, and any corresponding sales benefits, incentives, or bonuses will be adjusted for all beneficiaries, reflecting in the subsequent payout cycle.
