MECHANISM FOR GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL

Arrishta LLC is committed to maintaining a professional and consumer-friendly approach, ensuring top-quality service for both Consumers and Direct Sellers. The company has established a structured system to address and resolve any concerns effectively.

  • Arrishta LLC strictly adheres to the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Direct Sellers are also required to comply with these regulations.
  • The company maintains a comprehensive register to track grievances received from Consumers or Direct Sellers through various channels such as phone calls, written applications, emails, in-person visits, or the online grievance portal. Each grievance is assigned a reference number for easy tracking, acknowledged within 48 hours, and documented in the Grievance Redressal System.
  • All grievances are recorded in the internal grievance management system, generating a unique tracking ID. This ID is shared with the concerned Consumer or Direct Seller via their registered email and mobile number within 48 hours of submission.
  • Consumers and Direct Sellers are advised to keep their unique tracking ID secure for future reference and follow-up.

  • The Grievance Redressal Officer ensures that all grievances are addressed within 30 days of submission.
  • If a resolution takes longer than 30 days, the Consumer or Direct Seller will receive an update via email explaining the reason for the delay.
  • If the Consumer or Direct Seller remains unsatisfied with the resolution, they may escalate the matter by reaching out to the National Consumer Helpline, the State Consumer Helpline, or seeking redress through the appropriate Consumer Forum or Court.

Note: This Grievance Redressal Mechanism is an integral part of the Contract Agreement signed by Direct Sellers. While not fully reproduced in the agreement, it remains binding and enforceable.
